4. Titanium sheet manufacturing process
Hot forging is a forging process done above the metal recrystallization temperature.

Annealing: it is the metal heat treatment process, slowly heating the metal to a certain temperature, keeping it for enough time, and then cooling it at an appropriate speed (usually slow cooling, sometimes controlled cooling).
Pickling: Immerse the parts in a mixed solution of hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid to remove oxides and other films on the metal surface. It is the intermediate treatment or pretreatment of electroplating, rolling, enamel, and other processes.
