APPLICATION:
This machine enables compound mixing to be fully automatic process. The whole mixing line requires only two operators. No skilled rubber technicians are required to operation two roller mixing machine. This automatic mixing line is easy and efficient to increase production. It also increases working safety.
The Twin Taper Screw Roller Head Extruder consists of two tapered screws and two rollers. The machine is normally applied after dispersion a kneader or a banbury. After the rubber material is mixed by a dispersion kneader or a banbury, compound, the compound is fed into the hopper and then through the two tapered screws for extruding to the two roller calender automatically. Compound is calendered to desired thickness rubber sheets. The machine is designed and engineered for high speed sheet forming operations.
