Question 1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company ?

Answer: We are a manufactuer specialized in metalized polypropylene film capacitor since 2009. We enjoy great reputation among our customers not only for competitive price, qualified product but also for excellent service.

Question 2: How can I get some samples ? 

Answer: We are honored to offer you samples for free, but the new clients are expected to pay the express cost, and the charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order. Regarding  the express cost, you can arrange a RPI ( remote pick-up ) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have samples collected ; or after inform us your DHL collection account. please pay the freight directly to your local carriercompany.

Question 3: Can your factory print or emboss my logo on the goods ?

Answer: Yes,we can print or emboss your logo on the goods or their packing box, for patent protection purpose, a letter of attorney ( letter of authorization )shall be provided for the logo. We usually produce goods based on customer's samples or based on customer's picture, logo, size etc. detail information design for customers.

Question 4: How does your factory do regarding quality control ?

Answer: Quality is Priority ! So we always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end.Firstly, we have ISO9001 certification, so far all the production process, we have standard rules.

Secondly, we have QC team, one is in the factory to control producing, the other is as third party, inspect the goods for our customers. Once everything is OK. our document department can book the vessel to ship the goods.

Thirdly, we have all detailed records for nonconfirmity products, then we will make  summary according to these records, avoid it happen again. Finally, we do observe the relevant codes of conduct & laws from government in environment, human rightsand aspects like no children labor, no prisoner labor and so on.

Question 5: How is your product quality?

Answer: We purchase the famous brand  material film to make every product, all our products are as good as the samples that send you free for testing. Our products get the certification of CE / UL / ROHS / CQC / ISO9001.
